must. keep. skating....
I guess I spoke too soon about the chemo and Johnny doing great. He had a fever last night so Mike took him in. He needed blood BAD. They left about 11pm last night and didn't get home until 11am this morning. Poor things.
Mike could tell something was up with him. They spent a lot of time together this weekend and he knew he was losing steam, but if you ask Johnny what's going on with him he just tells you "nothing, just tired". Sunday afternoon Johnny took a pretty good fall, Mike said he could tell it took him completely by surprise -- and then he was in for the night.
I guess I didn't notice the complete loss of color in his face. Now he looks so TAN! Mike has been checking him, keeping up with his gums and checking other signs of low red cells. But the kid is so tan right now, even without blood he still looked pretty good.
We go back this week for counts and chemo, we'll see what the doctors say!
